We provide logistics chain coordination, bulk cargo handling, container rental, freight transport, warehousing, supply-chain support, and denting & painting workshop services. Descriptions on this website are for general information. Final scope, pricing, timelines, and conditions are confirmed in writing or by clear verbal agreement for each job.

4. Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are estimates based on information you provide (cargo type, weight/volume, locations, dates, workshop requirements).
• A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and any agreed deposit or documentation is completed.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may change price, schedule, or feasibility.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate cargo, address, contact, and schedule details.
• Ensure goods are legally fit for transport and correctly packed where required.
• Disclose hazardous, fragile, high-value, or restricted items before booking.
• Make vehicles available as agreed for workshop denting and painting work.

6. Payments

Payment terms are agreed per job. Late payment may delay release of cargo, containers, or vehicles. Container rental continues to accrue until units are returned in acceptable condition as agreed.

7. Working days

Our working days are Saturday to Thursday. Friday is our weekly holiday.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing logistics and workshop services. Liability for loss or damage is limited to what is agreed for the specific job and what is permitted under applicable Omani law. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, customs or authority actions, force majeure, or incorrect customer information.

9. Website content

Website text and images are provided in good faith. We may update services, prices, and content without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The Sahari Al Shamal name, logo, and website materials are protected. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes will be handled under the competent courts or agreed dispute process in Oman.
